Leading Company in Women's Employment.

Expressing that women should be brought into the economy, Zeliha Akıncık stated that more than half of the employees at Kayra Elyaf Geridönüşüm A.Ş are women.

Zeliha Akıncık said, “Our most important policy in employment is the employment of women,” and stated: “I want to be helpful to the women around me as much as I can. I believe that women, especially productive women, who are thought to be uneducated, cannot be useful to society, should be brought into the economy. When women stand on their feet, they become financially and morally beneficial to themselves, their families and the children they raise, and thus to the society.

Based on this understanding, I attach great importance to women's employment. I currently have 90 employees, more than 50 percent of them are women. I want to increase this number even more and to contribute much more to our women.”
